No Minimum Order
At NextGen Paintball, we believe that every order, regardless of size or cost, merits equal consideration. We have structured our business around this basic philosophy.
International Orders
All International orders are to be prepaid by credit card or wire funds transfer. Duties, taxes, and other fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages/Shortages
All damages or shortages must be reported immediately in order to avoid complications. Problems must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of order. In the event of a damaged shipment, do not dispose of any packing material. Product must remain in its original packaging pending inspection from carrier. All claims will be handled by our staff at NextGen Paintball as quickly as possible. When reporting a damage or shortage, please call our claims department. Failure to follow these procedures may result in your claim being delayed or denied.
Warranty
We stand behind our products 100%. If, for any reason, NextGen Paintball products do not perform up to specifications, or if there is a manufacturer defect in material construction, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, for up to 120 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. No refunds will be issued for warranties. Abused or misused products will not be accepted. Customers wishing to utilize this warranty procedure must provide a copy of a dated receipt of purchase. All freight on claimed items is the responsibility of the customer. All special offered items are not claimable / refundable or returnable. |
